Mattress Delivery Times
Here at Qualitysleep our mattresses can be delivered in 2-4 working days to the Gold Coast region. All orders must be placed before 12 midday. For all our Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne customers don't worry we will have your brand new mattress within 7-10 working day. We want your experience to be as simple as possible hence the speedy and Free delivery service to most major cities. Please Note all and Base Product's are still Free delivery to most major cities however will be 7-10 working days for mattresses unless advertised differently in the description on the product.
For actual delivery prices to your location, please enter your postcode into our shipping calculator conveniently located on each product page. If you feel that the price quoted on our website is not right, please contact us here at Qualitysleep and we will provide you with a quotation.
After your order has been placed our friendly staff will call you and arrange a suitable delivery time. We pride ourself on customer service and will do our best to deliver your new Qualitysleep mattress or lounge at a convenient time.

We will always call you well in advance to make sure someone will be home. In most cases our drivers will need assistance getting the mattress or sofa off the truck so please have someone home to assist. Delivery is to your door, if you are unable to assist the driver or need assistance into your house or upstairs into an apartment, please contact Qualitysleep to organise a second person to be present on delivery. ( this service will cost extra. )
